The facilities are destined for the washing of tins after they have been filled.

Possible three stages of washing: preliminary, principal and rinsing

The washers may have two-or three-stage washing systems.

Two-stage washer

Has the system of preliminary washing and principal washing in closed cycles. After washing tins are transferred to a tank filled with water.

Three-stage washer

Has the system of preliminary washing and principal washing in closed cycles, and a rinsing system, where water used for rinsing cleans water for preliminary washing.

During the washing process tins are turned from the horizontal to the vertical position. Washing is performed using suitably directed system of nozzles.
Tins are transported with a chain.

Washers are manufactured in the acid resistant system; pumps are equipped with special lye-resistant seals.
